These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases, enquiries, and use of this website operated by Didi La Baÿsse (trading as Didi La Baÿsse Art Studio & Gallery).
1. Original Artworks
All artworks offered for sale are original, one-of-a-kind works unless otherwise stated. No wall art prints or editions are produced.
2. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. Payment must be received in full before an artwork is shipped or collected, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
3. Shipping & Delivery
Free shipping is offered Australia-wide and internationally on original artworks over AUD $1,000.
Insurance is optional and may be added at the buyer’s expense.
Delivery timeframes may vary depending on destination and courier services.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, import duties, customs charges, or local sales taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the purchaser and are payable upon delivery.
5. Risk & Ownership
Ownership of the artwork transfers to the purchaser once full payment has been received.
Risk passes to the purchaser upon dispatch of the artwork.
6. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the unique nature of original artworks, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the artwork arrives damaged or significantly not as described.
Any damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with supporting photographs.
7. Artwork Images
Images of artworks are provided for viewing purposes only. Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings.
8. Intellectual Property
All artworks, images, and content remain the intellectual property of Didi La Baÿsse Art Studio & Gallery and may not be reproduced or used without permission.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia.
